Order Processing
-All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding U.S. holidays.
-Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST are processed on the next business day.
-Additional time may be required during promotions or periods of high demand.

-Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
-Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
-International Shipping: varies by destination
-Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and chosen service level.
Shipping Carriers
-We ship via USPS, UPS, and DHL. The selected carrier depends on your order size, delivery location, and chosen shipping method.

Signature Confirmation
-Orders over a certain value may require a signature at delivery.
-If you opt to waive this, you accept full responsibility once the carrier marks the package as delivered.
Shipping Restrictions
-We ship to select domestic and international destinations.
-Orders placed from restricted areas or containing prohibited items will be canceled and refunded in full.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
-Please double-check your shipping address before confirming checkout.
-Leaf by Ramsey® is not liable for undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
-Returned packages may incur reshipping charges.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
-Once in transit, risk of loss passes to the carrier.
-For delays or tracking issues, contact the shipping provider first.
-For packages marked as “Delivered” but not received, contact us within 48 hours.
-Damaged items must be reported with photo evidence within 72 hours of delivery.
International Orders
-The recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
-Leaf by Ramsey® is not responsible for delays or confiscations by customs.
-It is your responsibility to ensure products comply with your country’s import regulations.
Order Modifications or Cancellations
-We cannot change or cancel orders once they are processed.
-Please review your order carefully before confirming.
-For urgent issues, contact our support team immediately after ordering.
Weather or Force Majeure Delays
-We are not liable for shipping delays caused by natural disasters, customs, labor disputes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Backorders & Pre-Orders
-Backorders: If an item is out of stock, you will be notified of the expected restock date. You may choose to wait, substitute, or cancel for a refund.
-Pre-Orders: Items available for pre-order will ship when inventory arrives. Estimated dates are provided on product pages and are subject to change.
-Orders containing pre-order and in-stock items may be held until all items are available. For separate shipments, additional fees may apply.
